Step 1: Access and roles
- Confirm admin accounts and invite key users.
- Assign roles (admin, board, owner, tenant) with least privilege.
Step 2: Create the community
- Set up buildings/blocks and units with consistent naming.
- Import resident data and validate contact info.
Step 3: Configure notifications
- Enable alerts for assemblies, tasks and announcements.
- Send a welcome message to test delivery.
